Held in Olomouc, an old city of about 100,000 people in Moravia in the eastern part of the Czech Republic, this Winter Run offers a 4km race (one lap), an 8km race (two laps), a 2x4km relay for teams of two runners and two kids races.
The start and the finish are at the Výstaviště Flora Olomouc (Flora Olomouc Exhibition Grounds) which are situated about 750 metres from Horní náměstí, the main square (pictured above).
The route runs through two public parks, Smetanovy sady (Smetana Park; pictured below) and Čechovy sady (Čech Park).
