The Kladenský maratón (Kladno Marathon) is held in the Lesopark Lapák (Lapák Forest Park) on the edge of Kladno, a town with a long industrial heritage, located 30km to the west of Prague.

The 42.2km marathon route is AIMS-certified and very flat and fast.

Starting and finishing in the athletics stadium in the south-western part of Kladno, participants run eight laps of a 5km-long loop course on asphalt and gravel roads through the forest.
