Around 600 runners are expected to take part in this year's Brucker Citylauf, to be held on 7 June 2014 in the town centre of Bruck an der Leitha, a small town situated in the far east of Austria, not far from the borders with Slovakia and Hungary.
Various races for runners of all ages and abilities are on offer, all starting and finishing on Bruck's pretty main square (pictured).
- 4.7km nordic walking (two laps)
- 1mile race (1.609km) (three laps)
- children's races (between 450m and 1.8km long)
- 4.9km Volkslauf (two laps)
- 10km Hauptlauf (four laps)
The course is flat and fast and AIMS-certified.
