Wien (Austria), Sunday 22 September 2013
The Babenbergerlauf is one of the many flat and fast road races that are held over the year in the Prater, Vienna's largest public park.
In 2013, the event will offer a 5k, a 10k, a 15k, and a half marathon.
The route will be a certified and traffic-free 5km loop that begins and ends on the Prater Hauptallee (pictured above), near the Ernst-Happel-Stadion, which is Austria's largest football stadium. Each lap includes one turning point on the Hauptallee.
Last year's Babenbergerlauf had around 200 participants.
