The Berglauf Tarvisio is an uphill mountain running race, staged in the ski resort of Tarvisio in Italy's north-eastern corner, close to the borders with Austria and Slovenia.

Starting on Tarvisio's main square, the route is 11 kilometres long. It includes approximately 1200 metres of climbing. Participants run on dirt roads, trails and ski slopes. The finish line is at the pilgrimage church of Santuario Monte Lussari, situated at an elevation of 1770 metres on Mount Lussari.

After the race, a cable car and a shuttle bus take runners back to Tarvisio.

With usually less than 100 participants, the Berglauf Tarvisio is a relatively small event. Last year, the fastest finishers were Alessandro Piccoli of Italy (1:03:16) and Helga Tomaschitz of Austria (1:20:13).
