For the eighth time, the athletics club LCC Wien offers a series of three running events over the winter. Each event incorporates a 7km race and a half marathon.

1st race: Sunday 17 January 2010

2nd race: Sunday 21 February 2010

3rd race: Sunday 21 March 2010

All races are held on a 7km course in the large Prater park in Austria's capital Vienna. Half marathoners run three laps and an additional 97.5 metres.

The course, which is used in many running events organized by the LCC, is certified and very flat and fast, but it includes one turning point in each lap as most of the route is on an out-and-back section of the 4km-long Prater Hauptallee.

In 2009, Marius Bock (1:12:31) and Ingrid Eichberger (1:24:33) won the first half marathon of the series.
