The Moonlight Half Marathon is a road running event held annually on a Saturday night in May in the Province of Venice in Italy.
For the first seven years, from 2011 until 2017, the race was run on a point-to-point course which began in Cavallino-Treporti and ended on Piazza Mazzini in Lido di Jesolo, one of the biggest beach resorts on the northern Adriatiac.
A new flat and fast and certified one-lap course was introduced in 2018.
Starting and finishing on Piazza Milano in Lido di Jesolo, the route runs through tourist areas and agricultural land, along the Cavetta canal and along the beach promenade.
In addition to the half marathon, the event offers a 10k race and a non-competitive 10k run which is also open to walkers and nordic walkers.
