RUN Augsburg (previously known as Stadtlauf Augsburg) is a running event held annually in Augsburg, a city of about 300,000 people in Bayern (Bavaria), Germany.

Situated approximately 65 kilometres from München (Munich), Augsburg is one of Germany's oldest cities, founded by the Romans in 15 BC.

The event offers three races:

  • 1.2km kids run (children 12 years and under)
  • 10.5km run and walk
  • 21.1km run (half marathon)

Both the 10.5km quarter marathon and the 21.1km half marathon are one-lap races.

Starting at the City-Galerie shopping mall, 400 metres east of the colourful Altstadt, the 10.5km race features a flat course through the city centre and green areas, passing the botanical garden and the zoo.

Half marathoners run the same course, plus a scenic 10.5km loop along the Lech river and around the Kuhsee lake.

Instead of a bib number, all runners are given a technical T-shirt which they have to wear during the run.
