The Achenseelauf is a running event held annually in September in the village of Pertisau which sits on the western shore of the Achensee, the largest lake in the state of Tirol (Tyrol) in Austria.

Starting at 10am, the 23km race is one lap around the lake. It is possible to take part as an individual runner or as a 2-person relay team (14.5km+8.5km).

The first 14.5km are a mainly-flat run on asphalt roads and gravel paths whereas the second part of the course follows a narrow and spectacular hiking trail. The route includes 208 metres of ascent.

The event offers the option to run just the first part of the course (14.5km Fitnesslauf). The return trip by ferry to Pertisau is included in the entry fees.
