Medical certificate:

  • Entrants to the 14km, 29km and 42.2km races must provide a valid medical certificate.
  • Runners can, however, take part in these races without a medical certificate if they register for the ‘Just for fun’ category. Finishing times will be recorded but ‘Just for fun’ runners will be listed in a separate finishers list and they will not be eligible for prizes.
  • Entrants to 29km Hike don't need to provide a medical certificate.
