The Noćni Maraton (Night Marathon) in Zagreb is Croatia's quickest-growing running event — 468 finishers in 2014, 988 finishers in 2015, and then 1,446 finishers in 2016.
The entry limit for the fourth edition of the Night Marathon has been set at 2,000 runners, so you'd better register soon if you think about taking part in one of these races:

All races begin and end at Bundek, a lake on the right bank of the Sava which flows from west to east through the southern part of the city.
The route is a 10.55km-long loop along both banks of the river. So, the half marathon is two laps, the three-quarter marathon is three laps, and the full marathon is four laps.
The majority of the route is on gravel paths which are flat and smooth and illuminated during the race.
