5th ‘Dresden Night Run’ 2014

The 13.5km Dresdner Nachtlauf forms part of the Dresdner Stadtfest, a three-day street festival which draws more than half a million visitors every year.

Starting and finishing in the city centre of Dresden, most of the race is run on cycleways along the green banks of the River Elbe.

In 2013, the Czech athletes Ondřej Fejfar (43:13) and Lenka Šibravová (52:52) led a crowd of 2600 runners across the finishing line.

The time limit to complete the course is two and a half hours.
