The first Masaryk Run is to be held on 13 April 2014 on the Brno Circuit, a motor racing circuit that is best known for hosting MotoGP motorcycle races.

The event comprises a 10k race for men and women (10.442km to be precise), a 5k race for juniors (5.221km), and shorter children's races.

Participants in the 10k run two laps of a rather challenging course. The difference between the lowest and the highest point on the race track is about 74 metres.
