The Prekmurski mali Maraton offers four races:
- 500m kids run
- 5.5km
- 11km
- 21km
All races begin and end at the Terme 3000 thermal spa complex in the village of Moravske Toplice which sits on the fertile Ravensko plain in the Prekmurje region in the far eastern corner of Slovenia, near the borders with Austria and Hungary.
The 21km polmaraton (half marathon) is two laps of a very flat course through fields and villages.
