The Košický trojkráľový beh (‘Košice Three Kings' Run’) is held annually on Epiphany (Three Kings' Day) in the city of Košice in Slovakia.

Both the 1,100-metre and the 5,100-metre races start and finish at the súsošie Immaculata, a 14-metre-high plague column which stands on Hlavná ulica, the main street through the Old Town.

The 5.1k is the main race of the day. Starting at 3pm, one hour after the 1.1k runners, participants run two laps on a mix of asphalt and paved roads through Košice's very pretty historic core and through the Mestský park, a public park founded in the 1860s.
