The Bucharest Half Marathon boasts a flat and fast and AIMS-certified course along the monumental boulevards of Romania's capital city, starting at Izvor Park in the city centre and finishing on the nearby Constitution Square (Piața Constituției) in front of the world's most colossal parliament building, the Palace of Parliament (Palatul Parlamentului):
The 10k race and the 2.5k fun race are held on Saturday.
The half marathon and the half marathon relay for teams of three runners take place on Sunday.
