The Lausitzer Seenland 100 provides various sports activities for all ages and fitness levels:
- running
- walking / nordic walking
- hiking
- cycling
- kickbiking (not in 2026)
- inline skating (not in 2026)
- longboarding (not in 2026)
The event is held annually over a weekend in July in the Lausitzer Seenland (Lusatian Lake District), a former East German coal mining area which is being transformed into Europe's largest artificial lakeland region.
Starting and finishing at the Hafen (harbour) of the small town of Großräschen, the races for runners take place on Sunday morning:
- 400m Kinderlauf (kids' run)
- 2km
- 5km
- 10km
- 21.1km Halbmarathon (half marathon)
- 42.2km Marathon
