Held annually in September in the Středočeský kraj (Central Bohemian Region) in the Czech Republic, the Mělnický vinařský běh ("Mělník Wine Run") offers a 10k race as well as three races for children (300m, 600m, 900m).

The start/finish area is at the Bettina Lobkowicz vinařství, a winery in the town of Mělník which is approximately 35 kilometres north of the city centre of Prague.

Mělník is home to a small and very pretty Old Town with a Renaissance castle, built on a hill high above the confluence of the Labe (German: Elbe) and Vltava (Moldau) rivers.

The 10k race follows an IAAF-certified loop course along the Labe, the Vltava and a canal, crossing twice this bridge across the Labe:
