The Kbelská 10 is a 10k road race held annually on the first Saturday in March in Praha 9, a city district of Prague, located on the north-eastern edge of Czechia's capital.
With over 1,000 participants it is one of the most popular early-season running events in the Czech Republic.
The start and the finish line are in Kbely which is home to the military airport Letiště Praha-Kbely (pictured).
The gently-undulating, certified, traffic-free route takes the runners through rural areas, around the very beautiful Vinořský park nature reserve, and through three quarters of Prague (Kbely, Satalice and Vinoř) where one feels more like in a small town or in a village than in a city of 1.4 million.
In addition to the 10k race, the event offers a 6+4k relay run and a number of shorter races for children.
