The Velkoosecká podzimní "12" (Velký Osek Autumn "12") is a running event in the Central Bohemian Region in the Czech Republic.
It offers a 1km charity run, a 2km run for young athletes, a 6km and a 12km multi-terrain run and a 14km handbike race.
All routes begin and end at the Motel U Jezera which is situated at a small bathing and fishing lake on the edge of the village of Velký Osek, approximately 60 kilometres east of Prague.
The 6k is one lap and the 12k is two laps of a mainly flat and very scenic course which takes the runners on trails and roads through farmland, along the Labe (Elbe) river and through the beautiful Libický luh national nature reserve, the largest riparian forest in Czechia.
The handcycling race is three laps of an out-and-back course between the village and the river. The difference between the lowest and the highest point on the course is about four metres.
