The Banjalučki polumaraton (Banja Luka Half Marathon) has been held annually since 2015 in Banja Luka, the second-largest city in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Located halfway between Zagreb and Sarajevo, approximately 190 kilometres from each city, Banja Luka is a lively and very green university city, known for its many tree-lined boulevards.

The 21.1km route is undulating, starting and finishing at the Kastel Fortress in the city centre.

The difference between the lowest and the highest point on the course is 23 metres. Overall, the route features 118 metres of ascent.
