The Noční desítka ("Night 10k Race") is held on Holy Saturday (the day before Easter) in the town of Jihlava in the Czech Republic.
Starting at 8pm, participants run three laps of a 3.3km-long loop course.
The route runs on cycleways along both banks of the River Jihlava which flows through the northern part of the town.
The start/finish area is approximately 1.5km to the north of Masarykovo náměstí (pictured), the main square of Jihlava's very pretty Old Town.
The race is also open to relay teams of three. Each team member runs one lap.
Parts of the course will be illuminated but the organizers recommend to use a headlamp during the race.
