The Wink Marathon and Half Marathon, which is named after a shoe company, is a relatively small running event with about 200 participants.

Nevertheless, it deserves attention as it offers various races held on a completely flat AIMS-certified course in an attractive setting in Siófok, the biggest resort on Lake Balaton, Central Europe's largest lake.

The route is a 7km loop. Starting and finishing at the ferry dock, participants run along the paved lakeside promenade and along Siófok's tree-lined avenues with its many turn-of-the-century villas.

Entrants choose between the full marathon (six laps), the half marathon (three laps), the half marathon relay (3x7km), and the 7km run.

In 2011, the marathon winners were Tamás Széll (2:53:11) and Adél Rácz (3:19:25).
