The Košický trojkráľový beh (‘Košice Three Kings' Run’) is held annually on Epiphany (Three Kings' Day) in the city of Košice in Slovakia.

Both the 1,100-metre and the 5,000-metre races start and finish at the súsošie Immaculata, a 14-metre-high plague column which stands on Hlavná ulica, the main street through the Old Town.

The 5k is the main race of the day. The route takes the runners on a mix of asphalt and paved roads through Košice's very pretty historic core and through the Mestský park, a public park founded in the 1860s.
