The Trail dell'Orsa is a mountain running event in the Province of Verona in Italy.

Entrants can choose between three very demanding routes:

  • 14km Orsa Minore ("Little Bear"): non-competitive run and walk with 1,000 metres of ascent
  • 34km Orsa Maggiore ("Great Bear"): mountain race with 2,500 metres of ascent
  • 55km Orsa Ultra ("Ultra Bear"): mountain race with 3,600 metres of ascent

All three routes are scenic loop courses that take the participants up and down the eastern slopes of Monte Baldo, a 40km-long massif that stretches along the eastern shore of Lake Garda.

The start/finish area is at the church in the village of Brentino which sits at an elevation of 130 metres in the narrow and steep valley of the Adige river.

The highest point on the 34km and 55km courses is at about 2,180 metres on the ridge of Monte Baldo.
