The Szigetköz Félmaraton (Szigetköz Half Marathon) is a road running event held annually in the spring in the north-western corner of Hungary, near the borders with Austria and Slovakia.

Until 2016, the event was known as Szigetköz Minimaraton.

All races are mainly flat, starting and ending on the athletics track at the UFM Aréna, an indoor sports arena in the town of Mosonmagyaróvár.

Children run 400m (one lap) on the neighbouring athletics track.

The 2k race is a loop through residential areas on the edge of the town.

Participants in the 5k race and in the 10k race run back and forth on a cycleway along a secondary main road.

The half marathon is a loop course that takes the runners through agricultural areas and villages on Hungary's largest island, the Szigetköz, which is bounded by two rivers, the Duna (Danube) and the Mosoni Duna (Moson-Danube).
