2nd Night Marathon 2015

The second edition of the Noćni Maraton (‘Night Marathon’) in Croatia's capital Zagreb will offer five races:
- 4.2km (1/10 marathon)
- 10.55km (1/4 marathon, one lap),
- 21.1km (1/2 marathon, two laps),
- 31.65km (3/4 marathon, three laps),
- 42.2km (marathon, four laps).
The 4.2km run will kick off at 7pm and the longer races at 8pm. The time limit to finish the marathon will be six hours.
All races will begin and end at Bundek, a bathing lake in a park on the right bank of the River Sava, which flows from west to east through the city.
Competitors will run along both banks of the Sava, mostly on flat and smooth gravel paths that will be illuminated by candles. About one fifth of the course will be on asphalt.
Last year, 468 runners from 13 countries took part in the event.

Prizes: trophies to the first 3 in each category (no prize money)
