The Möllner City-Lauf forms part of the Möllner Altstadtfest, a three-day street festival that is held annually in late August in the town of Mölln in northern Germany.

Last year, around 600 runners took part in the event which offers a 4km and a 12km race, children's races, and a walking/nordic walking competition.

The 12km race is three laps of a gently-undulating 4km loop course. Starting and finishing in the picturesque Old Town, the route runs on mixed terrain along the shores of two lakes, through parkland and woods, and through the town centre.
