18th Vidovdan Road Race 2014

The Vidovdanska trka in Bosnia and Herzegovina is a top-class 10k race.

Held on Vidovdan (Saint Vitus' Day), a Serbian religious holiday, the event draws elite athletes and fun runners from around the world to the town of Brčko, which sits on the right bank of the mighty River Sava.

The area around Brčko was severely damaged when large parts of south-eastern Europe were hit by catastrophic floods in May 2014. Many people died and tens of thousands have lost their homes.

Therefore, the organizers of the Vidovdan Road Race have decided that all proceeds of this year's event will be donated to help children affected by the disaster.
