The Brdska utrka Ivančica is a small mountain running event with 50 to 100 participants, held in a lovely rural area in northern Croatia.

Starting in the small town of Ivanec, the race features more than 800m of ascent over a 13km route. Except for the first 3km, which are run on asphalt roads, the race is run entirely on gravel roads through forests.

The finish line is at an elevation of 1051m on the summit of Ivanščica (also called "Ivančica"), the highest mountain in the region.

After the race, runners can enjoy a free meal in the picnic area on the summit as well as wonderful panoramic views from the lookout tower.
