38th Friendship Run 2009

In this long-standing and popular event, women will run a lap of 7km and men 13km through the forests of the Slovene Karst.

The route is on mixed-terrain and quite hilly. There will be an overall climb of about 200 metres for the women and 335 metres for the men. Most of that is on the first half of the course, so that you will run downhill back home to the village of Hotedršica.

Last year's winners were Vanja Krapež (27:06) and Simon Alič (46:40).
