The Běh na Svatý Hostýn is a hill running event in the Zlín Region in Moravia in the eastern part of the Czech Republic.

The route is five kilometres long and uphill, with 422 metres of ascent.

Starting on the main square of the town of Bystřice pod Hostýnem, a small town situated at the foot of the wooded Hostýnské vrchy hills, the race is run on a mix of roads and trails.

The finish line is on the hilltop of Svatý Hostýn (735m), an important Marian pilgrimage destination with a basilica, an observation tower and a wind turbine on top.
