The Frühlingslauf ("Spring Run") in the Tyrolean capital Innsbruck is a fun run without time-keeping or results lists.

Participants can decide on the course which distance they want to run — 3km, 5km, 10km, 15km, or the 21.1km half marathon.

The start and finish are on Marktplatz on the edge of Innsbruck's compact Old Town. The route is mostly on cycleways along both banks of the River Inn.
